What is a Right Angle Drill?
When working in awkward or confined spaces, it can be difficult to get the job done. This is where angle drills come to the rescue! These machines are the same as standard rotary drills, except they have a head that is positioned at a right angle to the tool body. This allows you to easily work in small or awkward spaces; drilling at an angle with great accuracy and a significant amount of power.
A cordless right angle drill is even more convenient, as you are not restricted by the need to work near a mains power source and you are able to move around freely without trailing cables getting in the way.
How do i decide Which Cordless Angle Drill i Need?
- What battery voltage do you require? Does the need for a lightweight drill take priority over the battery capacity? If so, an angle drill with a smaller battery may be more suitable. If it is more important for the drill to work fast and for longer without charging, then one of our 18V models is probably a better choice.
- What power do you need? Do you require a specific torque? What speed is the angle drill capable of? If you will be drilling a large number of holes then you might want a quicker speed to complete the job faster.
- Does the machine have a suitable drilling diameter? Is the tool capable of drilling the size of hole you need? You will find specific details like this on each individual product page.
