If any Bosch tool you have purchased from us becomes faulty within the warranty period then please contact our help desk on 0141 883 4794 making sure you first of all obtain the original purchase details by logging in to your Kelvin Power Tools account history.

Our helpdesk staff will do their best to establish the nature of any fault and if possible resolve any issues. Should the item require further detailed inspection they will advise you of the options available and assist in making sure the problem is dealt with as quickly as possible.

Depending on the circumstances we may we may advise you to return the item to our workshop or directly to the manufacturer.
