UK orders valued above £99:00 inc VAT are usually delivered free using our UK Standard Service provided by Parcelforce. This applies only where no single item exceeds 30kg. For more information please see Parcelforce options below.

Any order including an item(s) above 30kg or classed as bulky are delivered using our UK Freight Service provided by TNT and may incur a charge. Where a charge applies this will be clearly indicated on the product page. For more information please see TNT options below.

Order Tracking - Keeping You Informed

When your order is despatched we will email you a confirmation including a consignment number and weblink which can then be used to track the delivery online with either Parcelforce or TNT, or call Customer Helpline on 0141 883 4794 who will be happy to keep you informed.

Despatch Deadline

All orders for items in stock placed before 2:00 pm Monday - Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the next business day. Our business days are Monday - Friday. Online orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday.

Incomplete Orders

If your order includes items which are not in stock we may delay despatch until the order can be shipped complete. Should this situation arise we will contact you immediately to agree a satisfactory delivery arrangement .

Shipping Direct From Manufacturer

Where we ship an item to you direct from the manufacturer we will confirm delivery by email. Items where this arrangement applies are clearly indicated on the product page.
