The Makita 8406 Diamond Core Drill is a rotary percussion drill developed for dry diamond cores up to a diameter of 152mm. This Makita model features a variable speed trigger to ensure the right speed for size of core, and a safety clutch for machine and operator safety.

• Percussion action for pilot hole - rotary only for diamond core drilling
• Torque-limiter disengages clutch when the core jams
• Supplied with a 52x150mm diamond core, an adaptor pack and a masonry drill bit
