The Metabo H 16-500 Hot Air Gun has a 1,600 watt motor, delivering a thermal output of 300oC or 500oC, and has a thermal fuse to protect against overheating damage. The H 16-500 is suitable for many applications such as forming plastic tubes to radius, shrinking wire wrap, activating and deactivating adhesives, carrying out plastic seem welding, automotive repair, orthotics and prosthetics.
