Paslode Service/Repair Request

Please carefully read the shipping and service options detailed below. Complete and submit the service/repair request form and print off a copy to be returned to us with the tool. You will receive email confirmation of the service/repair request by return.

IMPORTANT

When shipping your Paslode we strongly recommend that you secure the carry case at the handle with a cable tie and return only the tool with batteries and charger removing all other items.

Please make sure your Paslode tool is securely packaged and labelled to ensure no loss or damage occurs in transit. 

Shipping Options

Parcel Force Collection

Complete and submit the service/repair request form selecting the 'Parcel Force Collection' option and we will contact you by phone or email to arrange a collection time.

Securely package your Paslode tool including the copy service/repair request form and make sure it is available for collection at the agreed time. Collection requests submitted by noon will be uplifted the same day.

A pre-addressed label will be attached to the package by Parcel Force at the point of collection.

Post Office Drop Off

Complete and submit the service/repair request form selecting the 'Post Office Drop Off' option and we will despatch a pre-addressed label by first class post and confirm by phone or email.

Securely package your Paslode tool including a copy of the service/repair request form and firmly attatch the pre-addressed label in the plastic wallet provided.

Drop off at your local Post Office with nothing to pay as shipping is included in our service charge. A reciept will be provided for your consignment.

Own Carrier

Complete and submit the service/repair request form selecting the 'Own Carrier' option then print off a copy of the completed form which includes a tear off address label.

Securley package your Paslode tool including a copy of the service/repair request form and firmly attach the address label preferably in a plastic wallet to ensure it remains intact.

Ship to us via your preferred carrier and you will recieve confirmation by email when we receive the package.

We are a Paslode Approved Service Centre and the service we carry out includes replacing all o-rings and filters etc as recommended for replacement at a full service by Paslode.

  • * If you request a service only and the tool is subsequently found to be faulty and/or additional replacement parts are required beyond the items replaced in a standard service, we will contact you with a fully detailed estimate for approval before any further work is carried out.
  • ** If you have requested an estimate, or the expected repair cost exceeds the approved limit indicated above, then you will be contacted with a fully detailed estimate for approval before any further work is carried out.

IMPORTANT: If an estimate is declined or a tool is found to be beyond economical repair then a charge of £30:00 + vat will be payable to cover assessment and shipping costs.
