“I have a Paslode brad nail gun that was purchased in Australia. When I came to Portugal to live I couldn\u2019t get the appropriate gas to fit the nail gun and so it was rendered useless. Having tried multiple suppliers throughout Portugal and the UK (with no success), I contacted Kelvin Power Tools in Glasgow who were absolutely outstanding. Their knowledge of the product was fantastic and they explained that the firing mechanism needed to be replaced as the Paslode’s sold in Europe have a different firing mechanism to those sold in Australia and the USA.\u00a0 They talked me through what needed to be done to convert it and then put a price together to do the conversion, service the nail gun and get it back to me in Portugal. What a breath of fresh air it was not only to speak directly to people who understand the product intimately, but also to receive genuine customer service from initial contact through to the tool being returned to me.
