“I contacted Kelvin Power Tools after a recommendation by my building materials supplier. The staff I spoke to in the workshop were extremely helpful and quoted me a price to service the Paslode. I accepted the price and within minutes I had a pre-paid parcel label sent via email. The Paslode was collected the next day. Two days later they rang to tell me what was wrong and a price to fix it – I thought my Paslode was beyond repair, but they identified what was wrong with it. I have to say, despite the new part costing \u00a370, the price was absorbed in the service and I only paid an extra \u00a310 on top of the service price they originally quoted. One week after my Paslode leaving my door, it was returned. It looks brand new and works perfectly. Absolutely fantastic service and great communication with regular updates.
