“I didn’t expect to have to contact you so soon after owning the nail gun but there was a problem with the \u2018firing\u2019 action which became intermittent and firing blanks.<\/p>\r\n

With some trepidation I telephoned the service department who advised using the website to register the problem, print off the returns label and send back to them for analysis. Wow! It could not have been an easier process to follow.<\/p>\r\n

I then received regular updates regarding delivery and arrival of the item. Once it had arrived at your depot, I received an email from Robert who was assigned the task of looking into the issue. We exchanged regular email contact regarding the tests he carried out on the nail gun and his findings. The issue seemed to arise from a dryness in the gun which may have been caused in storage. Robert oiled the gun and then carried out an extensive test to ensure the gun was now firing regularly. He was incredibly efficient and I particularly appreciated the video footage that he sent showing how the gun was now functioning after his prognosis – an excellent way of showing the customer how the tool was performing at your depot.<\/p>\r\n

The gun was then returned to me and I have been using it since without any issues, so hopefully the problem has been resolved.<\/p>\r\n

I have to say that you guys are at the top of your game with regards to customer service, knowledge, efficiency and courtesy. If more companies were as professional as you then this country would be back on it\u2019s feet! It was so refreshing to deal with a company who LISTENED, RESPONDED and ACTED to investigate the matter and bring about a positive conclusion. I am genuinely very happy to have found your website on Google and I would definitely make you my first point of call when ordering other power tools.”<\/p>\r\n
