“Just wanted to say that the process of sending off my two guns was very easy to organise. I had some great back and forth communication at the start to clarify some questions I had and to also be sure I knew how everything would work. I felt confident that my tools would be safe when shipped. After receiving them back they both look like new. Clearly they have had a good thorough check and clean. Much better than other service centres that I\u2019ve used in the past. Very reasonable price as well. I\u2019ve only used one of the guns currently as I keep the second as a backup, but based on the performance of that one I\u2019d say that everyone at Kelvin Power Tools has done a great job. It feels like new to use. Being a timber framer my nail gun is easily my most used tool, so to have somewhere reliable to send it when repairs or services are needed is a great relief.
