“I contacted Kelvin Power Tools initially to ask for advice regarding our Pasloade staple gun which was malfunctioning. The advice I received was excellent. In an attempt to diagnose the firing issue, I was guided through some troubleshooting checks to see if it remedied the problem. After checking the staple gun as instructed but to no avail I phoned Kelvin Power Tools back and explained the symptoms and they suggested I send the staple gun for a service as it was long overdue. I was given an honest appraisal and estimate once they received the gun for the cost to service and replace parts. The repairs were promptly carried out and the gun returned. The experience and knowledgeable advice was great. Would recommend them as an authorised centre for Pasloade service and repairs. Very happy with their performance and pricing.”<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
