Starlock is an improved, standardised accessory-fitting system for multi-tools. It was designed by Bosch and Fein. Starlock accessories have a future-proof ‘cake-tin’ pattern for a 3D connection between the motor and accessory. This ensures 100% power transfer for maximum performance, stability and precision!
Starlock accessories fit all oscillating tools. StarlockPlus accessories fit StarlockPlus multi-tools and StarlockMax accessories fit StarlockMax multi-tools (they require more power).

Sanding sheets have different grit sizes. A higher grit number means that the sheet has smaller abrasive grains and is therefore a finer abrasive. A lower grit number means that the sheet has larger abrasive grains and is therefore a coarser abrasive.
