Searching on Our Website

You can use the navigation at the top, side and bottom of our website to move through it. If you're new to Internet shopping, here are some tips to make navigation easier:

• At the top of our website, you'll see our top-level product categories. Hover your cursor over each category to reveal its sub-categories. Click on a sub-category to see the products within that category.
• If you have difficulty finding your desired product, you can use the search box to search for the brand, product code, product type, etc.
• Click on the Kelvin Power Tools logo at the top left of our site to navigate back to the home page

Ordering on Our Wesbite

Once you've found your desired product; adjust the quantity, voltage and/or size (where applicable) on the product page, then click on 'Buy Now’. A message will appear asking if you wish to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout - click on your choice.

Using Our Secure Checkout

To navigate to the checkout, click on the shopping basket at the top right of our site. You'll see a summary of the product(s) in your basket - check that everything is correct, then click on 'Go to Checkout'. You'll then be taken to our secure checkout:

1. Click on 'Deliver My Order'
2. Enter your delivery postcode, then click on 'Go'
3. Select your preferred delivery service
4. Click on 'Continue to Payment'
5. You will be prompted to either enter your email address for a one-time checkout or login to your account if you have one with us. Do whichever is applicable.
6. Enter your billing address and delivery address (if you already have an account with us, these addresses should already be filled in), then click on 'Continue to Payment' 
7. Select your preferred payment method
8. If you selected card, fill in the required card details, then click on 'Confirm Payment'. If you selected PayPal, click on 'PayPal Checkout' and follow the prompts to login to your PayPal account and confirm payment.  If you selected Apple Pay or Google Pay, follow the prompts to confirm payment.
9. Once payment has been confirmed and you've placed your order, you'll be presented with an order confirmation screen which shows your unique order number. You'll also receive an email from us confirming your order.
   
   

Registering for an Online Account

If you wish to register for an online account with us, click on 'Login/Register' at the top right of our website. Under the 'New Customers' section, enter your email address and a password, then click on 'Continue'. You'll now be logged in to your account ('My Account' at the top right of our site) - here you can see your previous orders, account details and address book.
