Important Information

When submitting your machine for a repair, please ask for a copy of our workshop customer information. This will let you know what to expect when using our services. Make sure you read the information and are happy to proceed with the repair before confirming so with us. Please note that:

• We may charge you a fee to provide a repair quote
• We may charge you for a repair conducted within your machine's warranty period
• We may charge you a fee to rebuild your machine if you decide not to proceed with a repair. If you choose not to pay the rebuild fee, we will return your machine to you unbuilt.
• We may dispose of your machine if you don't collect it within 3 months after we have notified you that it's ready to collect (even if it has been repaired)
• We recommend that any cordless machines are submitted for repair complete with all batteries and charger
