The guy I spoke to was excellent. He explained how the service and repairs took place, and he arranged for a courier to collect both guns on the same day. Then he called to let me know that they had received them and how much the repairs were going to cost, which was more than reasonable (far less than I expected). My guns were returned to me via courier one day later. The whole process took two days. Wow, that’s service for you! I would recommend anybody with a Paslode to give these guys a go.”
