“Wow, what a slick service. I rarely give reviews, but Kelvin Power Tools deserve the recognition of having a truly professional service from start to finish. I was sceptical initially about sending an expensive item to someone through the postal services. I was given a quote for service before I sent it. I knew the stapler had something seriously wrong with it so expected additional costs. I was called with a price for the parts to repair with an expected date for return. Unfortunately, I was called a few days before the expected return date to be told that the parts required were out of stock awaiting delivery and was given an extended delivery date. Kelvin Power Tools were true to their word and delivered on time, repaired, serviced and working like new again. I spoke with two of your guys in the workshop and both were extremely professional.
